At the center of this success is <strong>Ibu Jumiati<\/strong>, a passionate team member who has become the driving force behind the eco-enzyme project, supported wholeheartedly by <strong>Lelie Liana<\/strong>, the resort\u2019s Sustainability Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ibu Jumiati: Leading by Example<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Known among her colleagues as the <strong>&#8220;Eco-Enzyme Hero&#8221;<\/strong>, Ibu Jumiati initiated the idea of turning organic kitchen waste into eco-enzyme, a natural, non-toxic cleaning solution created through the fermentation of fruit and vegetable scraps with sugar and water.
