Zodiac Coffee & Eatery, Bali — Monday, 28 April 2025
On Monday, 28 April, the Indonesia Destination Management Companies (IDSC) conducted a Member Refresher Training at Zodiac Coffee & Eatery in Bali. The session focused on enhancing members’ knowledge and skills in using the IDSC database to support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and health & safety practices across their operations.
This training served as a valuable opportunity to revisit key features of the IDSC database, clarify best practices, and strengthen members’ ability to apply these tools effectively in the field. By doing so, IDSC reinforces its commitment to advancing responsible tourism practices within the industry.

A total of 12 enthusiastic participants from various IDSC member companies attended the training. Their high level of engagement, thoughtful questions, and shared experiences made the session highly interactive and impactful.
“This refresher training is a key part of our ongoing support for members, ensuring they stay up-to-date and confident in applying sustainability and safety measures in their daily operations,” said the IDSC Sustainability Coordinator.
By hosting sessions in inviting local venues like Zodiac Coffee & Eatery, IDSC also promotes community engagement and supports Bali’s small businesses—another step in aligning tourism with local economic sustainability.
